And it view to be a National Institute of Statistics, technical, autonomous, efficient, dynamic and efficient that adjusted to the demands provides cutting-edge statistical information in a timely and reliable way for the planning and management of socio-economic and environmental development, leading and normalizing the System National Statistics.
