Tidigare år har summan av dessa kategorier direkt lagts till den totala konsumtionen.Coke includes coke intake into blast furnace and other coke consumption in industry. Energy content of coke has been subtracted by the energy content of the produced blast furnace gas.Consumption of natural gas exclusive of uses as raw material.Recycled fuels are fuels produced from municipal waste sorted at point of origin or comparable fuels produced from waste of retail shops and industry.Other mixed fuels are various types of production waste and by-products containing both fossil and biodegradable coal.Demolition wood includes disused railway sleepers and construction and demolition wood waste, which contains impurities, such as impregnating agents, heavy metals, etc.Other waste fuels include such as plastic, rubber and hazardous waste.Heat pumps contains the energy generated by earth heat and air-to-air heat pumps deducted by the electricity consumption of the pumps.Hydro power, wind power and imported electricity have been made commensurate with fuels according to directly obtained electricity (3,6 TJ/GWh) and nuclear power at the efficiency ratio of 33 per cent (10,91 TJ/GWh).

12vk -- Final energy consumption by sector, 1970-2019Revisions on these statisticsDescription of statistic Concepts and definitions Changes in these statistics.. not applicableThis table describes the end use of energy in different sectors (electricity, district heat, direct fuel use). End-use sectors do not comprise losses of electricity and heat generation and fuel refining.'Others' sector contains consumption of electricity and fuels by households, public and private services, agriculture and forestry, and construction.Share of renewable energy according to RES-directive is calculated on the basis of gross final energy consumption which differs from the content of this table conceptually.
